Contribute to the implementation and testing of changes, developments, enhancements and/or new releases to the SAP solution.Support the development and maintenance of the application solution work instruction documentation: English and local language.Act as a communication bridge between IT application team and end users, to provide relevant information regarding new developments, releases, incident and/or resolutions.Participate, as a business resource for the implementation of IT oriented project such as roll out, release, new functionalities etc as agreed with and approved by line manager.Attend online Yara ERP training, seminars and meetings.Transfer issues and queries that cannot be resolved at super user level to IT support services.
