Job Description

Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings with students to monitor their academic progress, living conditions, and emotional well‑being, providing emotional support and constructive guidance.
Build strong trust‑based relationships, becoming the first point of contact for students when they encounter difficulties.
Assist students in efficiently resolve practical issues related to administration, accommodation, social matters, healthcare, etc.
Provide parents with detailed, objective written record on student progress on a regular basis.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship to enhance parent satisfaction and trust.
Plan and implement extracurricular activities, workshops, or sharing sessions that promote cultural exchange, skill development, and social integration among students.
