Job Summary:Customer support accepts and processes purchase orders from customers and arranges the fulfillment of these purchases, from date of order through delivery of product.Additionally, authorization to ship the product is obtained by verifying the account receivable (AR) status of customers.Customer accounts with AR issues are referred to management for resolution prior to shipping.
