ABOUT YOU
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be organised, proactive and confident managing a varied workload. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative environment and take pride in delivering a professional and efficient service to customers.
You’ll be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, communicating clearly with different stakeholders, and taking ownership of your work to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required skills and experience:
Good IT literacy skills, with experience using CRM or similar systems
Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales support environment
A positive and motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and develop
Able to take ownership of your work, demonstrating professionalism and accountability
Flexible and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
