Job Description
In this role, the Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customers, supporting the smooth flow of daily branch operations. This individual will handle a variety of tasks including documentation, transaction processing, and responding to service inquiries, while working closely with a small internal team consisting of one other CSR and a dispatcher. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
