Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, and social media
• Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Work in close liaison with after sales service & technical staff regarding customer concerns
• Resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• Any bachelor’s degree
• At least less than 6 months experience as Customer Service Representative
• With a pleasant personality
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain service standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
