Qualifications
Any bachelor’s degree
At least less than 6 months experience as Customer Service Representative
With a pleasant personality
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain service standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
