ROLE SUMMARY
This position is specifically for our Calls Team. You will be the voice of our company — handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues in real time, and identifying opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling. If you have a background in both customer service and sales, this role is built for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, and account management
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities during calls
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Support chat and email channels as operationally required
