Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative for the Airline Account is responsible for assisting customers with flight reservations, ticketing, booking modifications, and travel-related inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, airline account experience, and knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to deliver efficient and high-quality customer support.



Qualifications:

Completed at least 1 year in college

With at least 1 year of BPO experience in voice support

With at least 6 months of experience handling an airline account

GDS experience is required (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or related systems)

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems efficiently

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
