Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries related to telecom services and packages
Upsell telecom lines, broadband plans, and additional packages to existing customers
Retain customers by providing effective resolutions and service support
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience
Meet process targets and quality parameters

UK Shift + Unlimited Incentives

Requirements:
Min 0-5 years of work experience as an Agent
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable handling customer interactions and sales conversations
Prior experience in International Voice Process / Telecom Sales is preferred
Ability to work in rotational shifts
