Description
This position is for a customer service representative for a textbook store that serves as the official online bookstore for high schools across the country. The CSR will answer any customer questions about our products or the ordering process, address any customer complaints related to their orders, and provide end user support. Successful CSRs will be problem solvers, quick learners, and empathetic to our customers’ concerns and problems. CSRs will use email, phone, and instant messaging to communicate with customers. CSRs must be proficient with computers. Proficiency with Google Apps (including Gmail & Google Drive) and Microsoft Office is required. This position requires high attention to detail. Hours of Operation
Monday through Saturday, 5am to 9pm (8 hour shift, 2 days off)
