Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Support – Reservation Project)

About the Role
We are seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to support a global hotel and travel reservation project. You will assist customers with booking inquiries, reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests while providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and fax.
Salary & Schedule
**Salary:** Up to MYR 4,000 per month (including language allowance)
**Schedule:** Rotational 24/7 shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
Responsibilities
* Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
* Assist customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling reservations.
* Respond to customer requests and provide travel-related support.
* Make outbound calls to hotels and guests regarding special requests.
