Make outbound calls to confirm orders & for feedback
Handling multiple calls efficiently during peak hours.
Assisting customers with menu selections and taking accurate orders.
Entering the customer’s order in the system received through Food Panda, the website, the mobile app, WhatsApp or a phone call with the accurate address & correct pin location.
Entering customer’s reservation & decoration details in the system received through messages on social media or WhatsApp, the website or a phone call.
Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or issues related to orders.
