Job description
Support in training different transport operations across the business unit CGI

Define future improvements with the transport operation that you are supporting

Optimize working instructions for the team(s) you are supporting

Act as a main knowledge center/dedicated person for the daily transport operations

Handle manual order entry / handle and draw up transport/customs documents

Respond to customer requests

Respond to operational requests

Align with carriers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks via Track & Trace Tools, customer made files, …

Update internal Track & Trace tools and send to customer on a daily basis

Update KPI files

Respond to/Select ad hoc transports, carriers, considering quality and costs

Arrange return shipments

In time reporting of escalations to Transport Manager
