Responsibilities
- First point of contact for existing or potential B2B customers
- Written and phone correspondence with our customers and external partners
- Interface between customers and Neutrik Organization (Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Management)
- Adhering to the KPI Service Levels
- Continuous Improvement feedback of the Customer Service Processes
- Data Maintenance in ERP and CRM Systems
- Complaint Management
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service
- MS Office and SAP Experience
- Experience in CRM Systems such as Salesforce.com
- Team player
- English & Italian (French or Spanish an advantage)
