Role Overview
As an inbound and outbound dialer agent, you will assist customers with their phone, cable, and internet services.
In-office, full‐time positions are available with multiple shifts Monday–Sunday.
This is not a remote position; you must be able to work at the office in Hermosillo.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to phone, cable, and internet services using a dialer system.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
