Responsibilities
Helping customers with inquiries related to orders, order process, order follow-up, cancellation, and troubleshooting.
Enter customer orders (resolve ambiguities) in ERP/CRM software.
Confirm order shipping date, location, time for delivery, and answer other inquiries regarding the order.
Write proforma invoices.
Communicate discrepancies with customer orders (credit, MOQ, price, locations, number of products).
Ensure orders are shipped; if not, verify why and when they will ship.

Bachelor's degree preferred; unfinished is acceptable.
