- Organize welcome calls and assist with retention & sales support
- Prepare letters (e.g., dishonor notices, confirmations)
- Process tasks such as:
- Interest Rate Reduction
- Loan Conversions
- Visa Debit Card requests
- Posting refunds/payments (with approval)
