Description

The role:Reporting to the Branch Manager this role will involve servicing our trade customers on the Trade Counter, Inwards Goods, Cycle Counting, Stocking and Rotating products on shelves, Customer Deliveries, Loading / Unloading and whatever else is necessary within the branch. The role will also support the Branch Manager with partnering with our commercial customer as an Internal Key Account Manager.

Providing friendly, professional service to our customers, including tradespeople, commercial businesses and homeowners

Answer calls and emails and quoting orders

Communicating delivery times and preparing order ready for delivery

Supporting with inwards goods, stock put-away and cycle counts

Accurately checking and receipting products into branch systems

Preparing, loading and securely restraining products for delivery
