Pay range and compensation package

• Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000/month
• Night Differential (14%)

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of Customer Service experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience handling phone, chat, and email support
• Excellent English communication skills
• Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury service, or event planning is an advantage
• Comfortable supporting customers across multiple communication channels
