A Customer Service Project Manager is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with our aviation industry client based in Kildare/Dublin region.
Role of this position
Responsible for customer inquiry management and individual contract conclusion. Responsible for preparing offers for the product lines. Calculate, negotiate, conclude and further develop individual contracts in cooperation with Product Sales. Review and coordinate scope of work with customer. Clarification and coordination of technical and commercial issues (e.g. extensions, spare parts replacement), event status monitoring and reporting to customers.
