As a
Customer Service, Order Management Representative (German Speaking)
you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your role ensures flawless order execution, drives process excellence, and strengthens collaboration between Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, OPEX and IT.
Responsibilities
YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
Ensure perfect order fulfillment of orders and resolve issues as required.
Work closely with sales management for billing adjustments.
Key transactional contact for customers.
Maintain key internal relationships; including marketing, sales, supply chain planning, ship points, product management, credit, financial shared services, and procurement.
Update customer master information in SAP.
Perform the diversified customer pricing applications in SAP.
Process billing related adjustments (e.g. returns, credit/debits)....
