Responsibilities
  • Professionally and promptly address customer inquiries received via email, phone, or other channels.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and oversee documentation for customer orders, billing, and inventory management.
  • Issue billing invoices and provide support for inventory and order-related reports.
  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, including customer management and warehouse management systems.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues, or elevate them as needed.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks and complete ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese.
