            Responsibilities  Professionally and promptly address customer inquiries received via email, phone, or other channels. 
Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. 
Prepare and oversee documentation for customer orders, billing, and inventory management. 
Issue billing invoices and provide support for inventory and order-related reports. 
Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, including customer management and warehouse management systems. 
Effectively resolve customer issues, or elevate them as needed. 
Assist with daily operational tasks and complete ad-hoc assignments as required. 
 Requirements  Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese.
