PERSOL is currently partnering with a reputed Government Department to recruit Customer Service Officers. Our client is looking for 2 x Customer Service Officers - 1 x temporary assignment until end of July 2026, and 1 x temporary assignment until end of November 2026.
About The Role:
*Provide timely and high-quality front line customer service to stakeholders via phone and email.
*Resolve functionality issues for applications including Basware, CHRIS21, HR21 and Masterpiece.
*Work effectively both individually and as a member of the team to meet deadlines, identify and solve problems.
*Collaborate with their team towards daily targets and actively contribute to achieve shared goals.
We are looking for adaptable professionals with a strong background in customer service, reception, or administration.
