Ensure all company-endorsed patients are properly monitored and prioritized at the receiving reception.
Oversee patient flow by acting as a triage officer, assigning patients to appropriate units and floors, and escalating concerns to the Customer Service Office, Medical Operations Director, or Associate Manager for Client Customer Relations when necessary.
Monitor rush patients’ PEME progress, including follow-up test results, to provide timely updates on medical status as required.
Performcharged other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Graduate of any Business-related or Medical-related course
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
At least one (1) year of experience in Customer Service in any industry
