Job Description . Prepare and manage daily documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders. . Update job and project tracking sheets (e.g., installation schedules, servicing jobs). . Assist in processing supplier orders, payments, and claims. . Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email. . Handle after-sales service requests and plan the schedule. . Plan, confirm, or adjust new client's installation dates align schedules with internal team. . Handle rescheduling, cancellations, or material shortages promptly escalate issues when needed. . Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. . Coordinate with factory manager to order materials for ongoing projects or installations when required. . Arrange logistics for picking up or sending out stocks and materials to job sites. . Work closely with the installation team to manage daily work schedules and logistics.
