JOB SUMMARY:

Facilitation, guiding and directing customers coming into the lobby.

1) Facilitator / Photo taking support

2) Lobby and kiosk support

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday -Friday

DUTIES

Provide excellent customer service.

Handle, file, and record documentation.

Other duties will be handling the greeter station (where applicable), taking photos, administering written tests, entering exam results, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years old

Proven customer service skills (1 to 2 years minimum)

Must have a valid Arizona driver's license
