As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate, you are responsible for day-to-day management of customer orders and RMAs.
Facilitate sales related activities working closely with the sales management team, sales rep firms, customers, and internal departments, as needed, to ensure accurate input and scheduling of orders and timely shipment of new product and repairs.
Develop close relationships with Tier 1 customers to provide superior customer service by understanding their unique needs and finding creative solutions to their problems – such as, but not limited to, development of new processes, spreadsheets, or interdepartmental communication.
