Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within the company`s guideline
Validation of Business Programs, Orders and Contracts. Request will be via Email
Review of agreement & Orders, ensuring all legal requirement are met
Ensure regular update to customer’s Queries and solve within stipulated timeline
Training will be provided
Requirement:
Diploma in any field
TOPIK Certification is required as the role requires Korean language
Fluency in English language is mandatory
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but open to fresh graduate.
Problem-solving skill and attentive to details
Team player and able to work independently
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
