Customer Service Executive – Wellington
As a member of the InvestNow team, you will provide onboarding, transactional, and customer experience support to investors over the phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of client interactions using social media, email, and phone channels.
- Provide insights and information that improve customer experience, drive business decisions, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Apply knowledge of AML/CFT practices for onboarding, transaction monitoring, and ongoing due‑diligence of customers.
- Assist the General Manager and other InvestNow team members with ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Preferably previous experience in a frontline customer service role, ideally within retail financial services.
- Experience as a domain expert on products or services is desirable.
