In the role of Customer Service Executive, we want you to contribute to ensuring the best possible service to our customers, in the most cost-effective way.
Responsibilities
- Order management from start to finish. Including but not limited to: registration, monitoring, and billing in SAP.
- Search and provide answers to our customers, through various communication channels and in a timely manner, to questions and requests regarding various topics such as; orders, deliveries, prices, invoices, certificates, etc.
- Make sure that customers are continuously updated about their orders, and in case of delays or other discrepancies to their confirmed order.
- Make sure that Incoterms, payment terms, prices, etc. are correct and according to customer contracts on our sales orders in SAP.
- Ensure that complaints are correctly registered if/when administrative support from the sales organization is requested.
