Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers on products and other related matters.
  • Prepare PO, DO, invoices, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure deliveries meet customers’ requirements.
  • Prepare shipping documents and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate import/export shipments and ensure customs documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports with software.
  • Request and prepare samples from suppliers and customers.
  • Other ad hoc projects as and when required.
Qualification
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Knowledge of export & import procedures (Singapore and Malaysia).
