Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and consolidate daily crating schedules across all channels
  • Manage customer delivery requests and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Create Sales Orders and Delivery Orders based on incoming Purchase Orders
  • Prepare and maintain monthly delivery consolidation reports for customers
  • Liaise with Operations on pull‑ins, urgent orders, customized crates, and readiness status
  • Arrange site measurements for new or first‑time crate requirements
  • Support RFQs and rework requests with Engineering, including quotation preparation
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related role.
  • Familiarity with ERP or order management systems preferred.
