Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support via phone, email, and online platforms
Coordinate servicing arrangements, delivery updates, and issue resolution for customers
Manage customer complaints and escalate matters when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support operations
Provide basic product guidance and follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Min Diploma in Business Management or related field
Min 2-3 years experience in customer service/client support is preferred
Experience with Mechanical/Electrical Products will be an advantage
Experience with Salesforce CRM system will be an advantage
5 days work week (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
Salary: Up to $3800
