Counter payment duties & attend to walk-in, call-in covering
Billing enquiries & payments, Receipt of client submissions
Inventory management of agreement forms, brochures, name cards, marketing collaterals (lead giveaways, brochures, goodie bag items & Company plastic bags, lead forms, sales materials for in-store promotions)
Coordinate with marketing team for all in-store promotions
Maintain an updated doctors list, clinics, contact & addresses
Update monthly staff roster for ante natal classes, in-store duty, hotline duty
Support off-site marketing events & seminars
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Science related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and cord blood banking will be an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
