What you’ll be doing
Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner
Ensure all its transactions are in compliance with policies (internal & external), guidelines and regulations
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products and services
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
Participate in regular training and development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest products, policies, and procedures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and practices
