Job position: Customer Service Representative
Intake: July 2026
Job responsibilities: -
- To handle all customer inquiries coming from multichannel including Call, Emails and Live Chat based on Standard Procedure and Guideline defined by the Company
Job requirements:
- Minimum SPM (passed BM & English) /Diploma/Degree with graduate certificate
- Able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work on rotational shifts
- Basic salary + KPI Allowance
Operation Time:
- 24/7 rotational shift (Day shift, night shift and midnight shift)
- 5 days working, 2 rest days (rotate), 9 hours per shift
