About the role This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, maintenance and security of all goods and equipment within the warehouse operation. You will coordinate with customers and concerned parties for logistics arrangements including order processing, instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, logistics operations, WMS, billing, and claims.

- Monitor and ensure the effective communication and work relation with customers. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely manner.
