Manage and process customer orders, including bulk purchases and scheduled deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Ensure order accuracy, pricing consistency, and proper documentation
Respond promptly to customer enquiries relating to products, pricing, lead times, and order status.
Handle post-delivery matters such as product returns, exchanges, and customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
