What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping service requests on track by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
In this role, you will:

+ Coordinate service requests and connect with external partners to ensure timely completion

+ Monitor and manage open tasks, following up to keep work moving forward

+ Handle a mix of communication, including email and moderate phone interaction (10–25 calls/day)
