RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY
Prepare the Quotation based on the enquiry and submission to the requestor.
To follow up on the Maintenance Renewal Proposal Quotation closely.
To follow up with vendor/supplier on the parts price and prepare the costing for submission approval.
To keep record and updates of vendor and supplier list.
Work with Technical and Sales Team to help plan, develop and execute the finalization of maintenance proposal or tender.
Act as focal point for any enquiry on the quotation/maintenance renewal commercial matters.
