- Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining and retail options
- Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
- Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
- Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements: - Minimum GCE āNā Level and above
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
- Willing to work rotating shifts
