We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with experience in the logistics industry. The role involves answering and handling customer requests, advising customers on potential restrictions (such as weather, geopolitical, and trade compliance issues), finding suitable solutions for their needs (White/Orange/Purple), adhering to client-specific operational procedures (SOPs), representing the client to carriers and the FXL network, negotiating with suppliers, validating service quotes when necessary, providing real-time updates to customers, and updating instructions for handover.
Salary : 30,000 - 40,000 Basic pay
QULAIFICATIONS:
3-4 years’ experience in the logistics industry, with strong exposure to international logistics operations across multiple transportation modes.
Expert-level knowledge of international air transport regulations, including Incoterms, customs rules, and compliance requirements.
