Your role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer contacts via telephony, web chat, and social media.
- Provide excellent customer care and communication.
- Log and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Liaise with stores, couriers, and warehouses for optimal resolutions.
- Act on customer feedback to improve satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Be available for night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Advertising/Media,Business Studies/Administration, Mass Communications, E-commerce or equivalent.
