Your Responsibilities

Responding to requests from eCommerce customers via various communication channels, including telephone and email.
Maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing queries and issues, such as upselling orders, troubleshooting, handling fraudulent orders, and processing returns.
Staying up to date with current promotions and informing customers about new offers.
Assisting with common customer queries, such as ‘Where is my order?’ and ‘How can I get my money back?’
