We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor Apprentice to join the Community Choices Day Opportunities Service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the people we support, their families, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone.
You will answer customer enquiries and provide administrative support through different communication channels, while always delivering a high standard of customer service.
