You will be reporting to the Customer Services Manager. Your normal working pattern will be Monday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible. The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, accessible and customer-focused services to the public on behalf of the Council. You will be the first point of contact, and deliver a wide range of services through multiple channels including face-to-face, telephone, email and digital services.
