 Registration of customers' details & Vehicle's details into System  
 Issue job cards (input mileage) 
 Arrange & confirm appointments with customers  
 Send reminder text to each customer on the working day before (off day) 
 Respond to customer queries (simple quotation, email, FB enquiries) 
 Call & Text customers for car pick up, send them to invoice  
 Assist SA/Manager to issue an invoice,  
 Send invoices to customers via WA or email  
 Collect Payment and update the system with respective mode of payment  
 To update Warranty List and send to Managers weekly  
 Create CN, invoices (when needed) 
 Take pictures to send to customers, upon request (when needed) 
 Keep track of Car Group buy/lucky draw or any other promotion  
 Update customer contacts from system to company phone  
 Issue SOA to credit customer  
 Manage AR and send weekly AR ...
