Purpose: Focal point for all matters relating to the customer.
Responsibilities
Service the needs of customers by resolving customer scheduling / requirement issues.Ensure that Customer Orders comply with contractual agreements and reschedules and exceptions are managed within the contractual terms.To manage and control the acceptance of customer requirements and ensure their input to Avante so that customer requirements are understood, and in liaison with the Production Controller ensure before acceptance that production is achievable.Monitor Customer Order status and progress of parts in production.Flag concerns and changes to priority to Production Control.Maintain professional business relationships with key stakeholders to achieve service levels and attain a high reputation for integrity both internally and externally.Liaising with the Sales team where necessary to highlight any necess...
