We need a Salesforce Sales Cloud expert who leads transformation from the front. You know the platform deeply, but your real superpower is people. You'll own the product backlog, author user stories, champion adoption, and bridge the gap between what the business needs and what the technical team builds. Expect roughly 80% of your time with users and stakeholders, and 20% hands‑on in the system validating and testing.
