What you’ll do
Input, update, and verify database/CRM data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Manage VIP and call lists, including updates in CRM and Dealer Management Systems.
Prepare outbound call lists and maintain related database documentation and standards.
Conduct customer calls (NPS, onboarding, service) and track responses, issues, and follow‑ups.
Raise and follow up on service/technical tickets, including system access and enhancements.
Process invoices/orders (SAP Concur, Coupa) and compile sales incentives and performance reports; support ad‑hoc tasks.
About you
Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer‑centric mindset.
Detail‑oriented, meticulous, and able to handle routine administrative work.
